Pervez Musharraf has said the enemies of Pakistan must be prosecuted on treason charges to country, adding that alien terrorists are foes of Pakistan.<br /><br />According to sources, he said our policy is open to all and sundry and that the economy attained unprecedented growth during my epoch.<br /><br />Musharraf said we brought laurels to country during my regime but he, on the occasion, refrained from discussion relating to facing cases in Pakistan.</p>

Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik denied any agreement between the PPP and MQM to get rid of any possible movement from PML-N against the government. He said that &#39;we should forget the past, establish a new political atmosphere and work for the best interests of the masses.&#39;</strong></p>
<p>He said there was political stability in Pakistan and the government would complete its five years tenure.</p>
<p>Malik expressed these views while talking to Online before departing home after an official two-day visit to Saudi Arabia in a special plane provided to him by Shah Abdullah Bin-e-Abdul Aziz.</p>
<p>Terming his visit as successful, Malik said his meeting with King Abdullah would prove a good omen in improving relations between the two countries.</p>
<p>About his meeting with Saudi Interior Minister Prince Mohammad Bin Naif, he said he discussed with him the agreement of exchange of criminals, which the Saudi cabinet has approved and would be signed very soon.</p>
<p>About the five Pakistanis arrested in heroin smuggling case, he said they were innocent and their complete profiles are being provided to Saudi officials, adding, Pakistani ambassador Omar Ali Sherazi would ensure their release with the cooperation of Pakistani council in Jeddah.</p>
<p>Besides, he said, the government was also making efforts to release other Pakistanis languishing for other crimes in different jails of the kingdom.</p>
<p>The minister said Pakistan has announced Hilal-e-Imtiaz for Assistant Interior Minister Prince Mohammad Naif for continuing his mission against terrorism bravely and it would be conferred upon him in a ceremony to be held in Pakistan very soon.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Verdana;">Enraged protesters surrounded a local police station setting tyres on fire and hurling stones on the policemen following the murder of two brothers in a failed robbery attempt.<br /><br />The incident occurred in Landhi No.4 area where four to five unknown robbers barged into a poultry shop and killed two brothers, identified as Rashid and Sajid, on resistance.<br /><br />When the news broke out hundreds of residents came on streets setting tyres on fire and hurling stones on the passing vehicles. <br /><br />Enraged crowd also surrounded Landhi Police Station forcing the policemen to take refuge in the building. They hurled stones on the police station and also destroyed vehicles parked outside.<br /><br />Later, the police broke the cordon and dispersed the protesters by launching aerial firing and teargas shelling from inside the police station.<br /><br />Police also reportedly manhandled the media men present on the scene to cover the event.<br /><br />Severe traffic jam was witnessed at Korangi road and adjacent areas following the protest in Landhi that also fueled fear among the residents.<br /><br />Heavy contingents of police and Rangers have been sent to the area to control the situation, it was reported.</span></p>
