MQM blames PML-N for sugar hoarding
KARACHI: Members of the Sindh Assembly belonging to the MQM have demanded that Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz’s (PML-N) MPA from Punjab and his relative should be taken to task for sugar hoarding in Gujranwala. MQM’s MPAs Abdul Moeed Khan, Muqeem Alam and Amir Moeen Pirzada said that Gujranwala police recovered 2,600 sugar sacks from the store of a brother-in-law of PML-N’s MPA Imtiaz Shaikh. They said that the main accused fled the scene but the police raid was successful and hoarded sugar was seized. The MQM’s MPAs recalled that some days ago, PML-N’s MNA was reported involved in the attack on a college professor.
