The ‘fear’ of lawyers
Ever since the daur e jahiliyat one of the fundamentals that played a vital role in people converting to the path of right was the security of justice being provided irrespective of a person’s status within the society. And that justice has set freed and dominated the world then, which was later adapted by the west as a success policy.
Sadly when we look at the picture today it is more of a 180 degree u-turn from the direction. Not only we have forgotten justice but added that corrupt politicians and feudals in the country which have used it as there best toy to play around for their personal benefits.
Yes, those feudals have had no respect for the justice system and have attacked it over and over again in the history – as its happening in Lahore right now.
On times doing it by themselves and on times using the lawyers’ body to do it.
It was the same lawyers’ body who killed several innocents in Karachi on May 12, 2010 blaming it upon the peaceful protestants of the city and now they are repeating it on September 30, 2010.
There should be a stop to it now. And at least for they should stop talking about change and justice when the feudals themselves attack them whenever not happy with them.
The DAUR E JIHALIYAT needs to be end soon and soon will HAQ erupt from every corner of the country.
Judges who want peace to be distributed are working under a great life threat. We need to speak up now against it or will get no other chance.

Sipah-e-Sahaba gets Zulfiqar Mirza’s welcome in Karachi
- After yesterdays target killings, Sipah-e-Sahaba is holding a meeting of central committee at 6pm in Karachi today. Shia Muslims are very panic.
- Media has been told by Sipah-e-Sahaba that they will be informed about the time and location of the press conference just 30 mins in advance due to security reasons
- Only recently Zulfiqar Mirza distributed checks to Shia relatives of Bolton Market tragedy.
- No TV anchor/News channel is reporting this strange uprising of Sipah-e-Sahaba in Karachi
- Media is very comfortable to provide coverage to a band terrorist outfit of Sipah-e-Sahaba in Karachi
The information sharing and small jolts of information coming my way from journalist community here in Islamabad is insisting me to prolong my stay here for a while for the good of masses in my beloved country, Pakistan. I am sure that something is big going to happen soon after the mystical murder of Dr. Imran Farooq, convener of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), now and we must stand prepare for present the facts in front of the unaware and careless masses of our country who have lived most of their time (and adulthood) in the absence of political puberty, and thus unaware of the actual history, getting help from the archives of the internet which are corrupted from biased history – as anything else here. 
As we already had reported this that Karachi is going to be the next big battle ground between moderate (sane) forces and the facist/extremist core in a report on Dr. Imran Farooq’s murder (check last paras), this is unfortunate to say, but the theory have already began in form of TTP/Sipah-e-Sahaba clashing with Shia (or say Imamia Students Organization ISO) on the streets of Karachi.
The most interesting piece of event of the yesterday was not that people have now began to agree with the report we presented, but it is the role of Sindh Home Minsiter, Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza, who is also one of the closest school time friend of President Asif Ali Zardari, and a convicted and wanted murderer by the Punjab Police, who was also found swearing upon God to split Pakistan.
The second interesting bit was that Zulfiqar Mirza only recently distributed financial aid to Shia affectees of the Ashoora Blast. Where as since last night he is being blamed by Shia scholars of being involved in the rampage and killing spree rangers took in the Rizvia area of Karachi where there were 2 Shia muslims killed. To what is being reported in media, Rangers did an operation there. Rangers say that they were in fact retaliating the fire.
Zulfiqar Mirza’s role of using Rangers is very shaky. Just checking out the very recent history of the killing of a drug cartel leader named Kallu Current in a Rangers operation in Dalmia area which was later termed as fake extra judicial encounter. Many of us didn’t know the fact that the then Zulfiqar Mirza-harmonized drug lord, Rahman Dakait was also killed on the same day, same time, exactly one year ago (please don’t call it a conspiracy theory, its a fact and lets face it/live with it). The same day in the evening, supporters of Rahman Dakait, under the umbrella of Peoples Aman Committee, which has a shadowy support of Pakistan Peoples Party (no matter how many times Rahman Mailk deny it), held a convention on the annual death anniversary in suburb of Karachi and demanded Zulfiqar Mirza to be made their Chief Minister of the province of Sindh. Cutting it short, Zulfiqar Mirza is an incompetent person and is tasked to lead majority of this propaganda to kill the peace.
Now that Mirza is stepping in two boats at the same time, country’s Media is acting very strange as far as the band outfits are concerned. Once named Sipah-e-Sahaba, who have a brand new name of Ahl Sunnat Wal Jamat, but the same old flag, are being hugely highlighted by the national media which is no doubt being disliked by everyone.
Sources in Islamabad say that it is always very easy to understand that even after sectarian target killings of hundreds of people in Karachi in this PPP government, why Zulfiqar Mirza stays, sources said that he is a president house’s holy cow who has also master planned a massacre which is due to be executed if Zardari is thrown, either by Judiciary, the Boots or a Revolution of any kind.
How can the media show their news package in every hour’s news bulletin, in which they are sitting in their extremist Siddiq-e-Akbar mosque of Nagan Chowrangi area of Karachi preaching hatred, having their flag pasted on the wall behind them with the help of tape we use to pack cartons.
What my circles are discussing here in Islamabad is that it is a sick try to polarize sectarianism in Karachi, while serving dual purpose of hiding the national corruption being conducted by the present government and keeping a firm control on government’s coalition partner, which can be harmful if let come out of these domestic issues.
Imran Farooq Murder: Zardari stabs Altaf’s revolution plans
Shocking details have now begun to emerge about the last week’s murder of MQM’s convener Dr. Imran Farooq.
As simple as it seems that the concocted plan looked like a simple racial or mugging attempt in the relatively low-crime, posh area of Edgware in the northern London.
To what I have come to know from my sources here in London and in Islamabad is very different, that hidden truth not completely out in the mainstream media is extremely bitter to swallow in this conspiracy in order to destabilize Pakistan.
“They have just paid their price for demanding revolution”, says Muslim Bhutto, a close aide of the slain leader Benazir Bhutto who lives in London and is in the towel export business.
Muslim Bhutto was a very close friend as well as distant relative of her, who was once also responsible for monitoring and countering propagandas against the Bhutto castle.
“Zardari wants to keep a grim control over Altaf Bhai’s plans”, said Bhutto.
Mumbling and excited for a second, he said Zardari is a businessman who was taught “enlightened-moderation” by Benazir and knows very well how to “blackmail” Altaf Hussain.
Upon listening to such a bold statement from Muslim Bhutto, I immediately phoned a mutual friend of ours who is an investigative journalist in Islamabad, and is also famous in town for his links with ex- and serving intelligencia.
Over the telephone, he said that it was much more complex than it seemed and it will be better if we talk in person. I took next available flight to Pakistan and was in Islamabad this Sunday morning.
Then it was a big pandora box of information in front of me, from state-supported (in presence of Rangers) wall chalking reports by Lashkar-e-Jhangvi in the district west of Karachi, to reports that suggest that Rangers in Karachi has provided ground and logistics support to Lashkar-e-Jhangvi in order to build two new massive Madarsa compounds in area of Baldia Town Number 6 and Number 10.
I don’t find this piece of raw intelligence to mention here because of the next bit he said, “Sahab (used for Asif Ali Zardari) is certainly very clever enough to be involved in such conspiracy – directly, but our sources are giving confirmations that Doctor’s murder is an international conspiracy executed by a greedy fraction of foreign agency on the orders of Sahab”
“Guess who would Sahab trust in the funds transfer? None but the only great Memon! This task was assigned to him.” (referring to a close friend cum partner of Asif Ali Zardari named Muhammad Iqbal Memon who was raised in Federal B. Area of Karachi)
“You know the mass revolution Altaf wants in Pakistan? Sahab is as threatened from this revolution plan as Mian Brothers (referring to Nawaz Sharif/Shahbaz Sharif).. But you also know the fact that Sahab has more influence in local business there?” he said.
I took a minute and began connecting bits, he was right on fact, as Asif Zardari have influence in UK because most PPPs been living there, those palaces, just like Nawaz Sharif brothers got influence in Saudi Arabia and UAE because they own mills there, Jamat-e-Islami got links back there in China for whatever reasons, this was all making sense to me now.
“Who do you think he calls political actors in his speeches? ..um. Yesss you guessed it right, it was not crazy Doctor Shahid Masood but it was our Altaf Bhai.”
“Sahab told his kitchen-cabinet recently (he was referring to a meeting called by Zardari at the presidency immediately after Dr. Imran’s murder in London) that the soul of Mohtarma wants to see Jiayalas everywhere in Karachi”. He also said that Sahab pressed that we must do “everything” to weaken the MQM and possibly “plant conspiracies” to split it, he then looked and smiled at a member of Zardari Riha Karao Committee, Senator Syed Faisal Raza Abidi, which was formed in order to free Zardari while serving time in Karachi Central Jail.
Then he asked me to help myself for a coffee and handed me over to study some raw intel reports typed with fixed sized fonts on very thin papers having the word SECRET written on top of every page.
My friend said that the his sources in intelligencia are suggesting that there will be a relative “calm” in Karachi for a month now with some waves of MQM, TTP, Lashkar target killings and then the consequences of this murder will begin to emerge.
Discussing on a different subject he said Zardari Sahab is not worried from Altaf Hussain as he knows that there are many “soft” targets within MQM – which can be target killed anytime in Karachi in order to counter their plans for revolution against Jageerdars.
“Do you know why there were vehicles touched in posh locality of Clifton immediately after Doctors murder in London and not in Liaqatabad or any other area of Karachi?” he asked, smiling while answering himself “the democratic people’s party is in the government my friend, not them!” he explained.
“Sahab will now try to converge all the attention of this murder towards TTP and Lashkar with the help of international media.. don’t agree with me? wait and see in just a few days”, he claimed and I was thinking that is Zardari capable of doing all this? and my immediate answer was same, wait and see a few days unfolding so that we can confirm this behind the scene.
There is no reason why one wouldn’t be speechless after knowing this account of facts or say hollywood’s “Behind the Scenes”. This is no doubt real as it seems – as it is happening right now in our surroundings.
Using politics to shadow crimes in Karachi
The recent wave of violence in Karachi has left scores dead as well as setting many widows and orphans.
We have recently seen ANP celebrating their new identity – the new name, however one unanswered question would be if ANP ever heartily celebrated the identity of Pakistan given to them after the intense human efforts majorly contributed by the Urdu speaking community – they today accuse responsible of Pakhtun killings in Karachi.
A question one may ask today is why same Afghans are being given welcome reception in Karachi by ANP, contrary to what they are doing since mid 90s in their very-own freshly-named province of Khyber Pakhtunkhuwah.
Pakhtuns had been living in Karachi peacefully since the independence, and they even call Karachi as their first home and as well as similarly welcomed by the people of Karachi and Sindh.
Political establishments and communities of Karachi unlike ANP never believed that weapons are a symbol of their masculinity or indicator of their blood testosterone levels – thus winning a reason to possess arms in Karachi. ANP has those double standards that we cannot discuss de-weaponizing Pakhtunkhuwah but we daily see them pressing towards even revoking licensed arms held by citizens of Karachi who are most sane and educated countrymen and know well when to use them. ANP must come out of this hysteria to de-weaponize Karachi – or must act neutrally to demand de-weaponizing of the whole country.
ANP has been building relations and signing MoUs with the criminals and as well as innocent-working class of Pakhtuns in Karachi to rage war against specifically the Urdu speaking community settled here since the independence. ANP is created as political party to shadow criminal activities of a certain group and mafia.
ANP in the Karachi is working on far-ethnic grounds, serving dual purpose of providing shelter to Pakhtun population, out of which most of them are NATO-sought Taliban fighters fleeing from the tribal belt as well as protecting criminals especially members of the drug mafia.
Innocent working and business-class Pakhtuns living in Karachi for the last few decades are today in emotional disturbance as they find their ethnic representation being skyjacked by ANP.
Contrary to what APN preaches to Pakhtun population of Karachi – MQM’s attitude have been very indiscriminate with the Pakhtun community. We have seen MQM’s City District Government awarding contracts worth millions of rupees indiscriminately to Pakhtuns. Pakhtuns who used to borrow dumpers/heavy machinery on daily-rent basis to conduct their jobs may today be seen owning fleets of those Hino trucks and employing people from their Pakhtun community. This would have never been possible if MQM’s City Government had acted based on ethnic grounds in any way.
Hashish and Heroin have never been as widely-plus-easily available in Karachi as it is today because of the transport route available to ANP lords in Karachi and their human connections to and from the area where it is grown and processed.
Needless to mention this but precisely same situation applies to the arms manufacturing and its supply to Karachi. There are no arms manufacturing units, not even for State use, in Karachi – and all of it is imported from outside of the city, presumably from Pakhtunkhuwah where there is nobody to enforce the law of the land. ANP in Karachi to bridging the gap between arm manufacturers and users, has the capability in shape of human connections and resources in form of long haul trucks as well as passenger busses to import arms and ammunition into Karachi.
Again, needless to mention this but all of these connections insist us to examine ANP’s Sindh leader Shahi Syed, who interestingly, also posses the second post of the chairman of Pakhtun Loya Jirga. Shahi Syed is known in Karachi to have come from Pakhtunkhuwah with literally a cart with him and his first job was to lift goods in metro warehouses at Denso Hall area of Karachi.
Today Shahi Syed alone in ANP’s Karachi leadership is the owner of one of the biggest fuel station chains – and to everyone’s surprise – literally all of those fuel stations are built on precious-cum-illegal real estate valuing millions of rupees.
A lesson from Karachi’s recent target killings must be learnt by national stake holders and as an immediate action, all religious and political parties in Pakistan should keep their differences aside on this single issue and come forward to understand the situation ANP is dragging common Pakhtuns of Karachi into – and should act in the national interest to boycott Jamaica like mafia-supported politics of ANP.
ANP is also known in Karachi for land grabbing; their control of outskirts and entry/exit points of Karachi makes it even difficult for law enforcement agencies to establish the writ of the government there.
A common citizen of Pakistan might be interested to know the common things in Al Asif Square, Qasbah and Banaras areas of Karachi, and one would not need to think from top of his head in order to answer this question as all those three areas – where drugs and weapons are easily available – also have only one thing in common – they are the strongholds of one political force, the ANP.
Before ANP was introduced in Karachi, criminals used to kidnap businessmen and their family from Karachi and take them to the lawless tribal areas for huge ransom money. Unlike old days, we are seeing a sharp rise in kidnappings in Karachi and as a tactical move – ANP’s built cartels in the outskirts of Karachi are now host to Pakhtun kidnappers where they get sparkling flavor of ANP-led hospitality along with the political protection protection in exchange of a fair share of the ransom money – the money which ultimately is used by ANP to assist and further expand its criminal activities.
An independent fact-finding survey should be conducted in Karachi to find out details of illegal land grabbing and organized crimes being supported under the umbrella of politics in Karachi.
PMLN’s sincerity to handle growing militancy in Punjab ?

During World War II it was the agreement between the rival states that they will not attack or harm Medical camps, hospitals and medical facilities even the barbaric German dictator respected the agreement. On the night of May 31st 2010 barbarism was unleashed in Jinnah Hospital Lahore when 4 militants entered in emergency ward and open fire on the patients killing over dozens of patients and more then 50 injured as it was business as usual in the major health facility of the city when doctors, paramedics, patients and their attendants ran for their lives after the terrorists forced their entry into it from the rooftop. 
This attack came as a surprise for the patients but not for the Government of Punjab as they were warned by the federal agency just after the attack on the Ahm that Mumbai type of attacks would take place in Lahore and Government of Punjab led by PML-N as usual warning was ignored. With every fresh attack it becomes clearer that the extremism problem is being grown in the province itself. An increasing body of evidence points to the fact that proscribed organizations including the Lashkar-i-Jhangvi, Sipah-i-Sahaba and Lashkar-i-Taiba continue to operate out of southern Punjab. What’s more, they are swelling their ranks with members of other militant groups who are on the run from areas such as Swat and Waziristan. Extremist organizations in southern Punjab are forging ever-closer links with groups such as the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan and some reports indicate that the area has become the hub of the Pakistani Taliban with any number of sleeper cells in existence and some 44 per cent of the country’s religious seminaries are in southern Punjab.
History of barbarism and terrorism in Punjab specifically in Lahore is fresh and brutal, incidents of such attacks and suicide bombing have gained momentum since last 2 years and PMLN seems to be intact in this regard and adopted the “head in the sand policy” and being pursued by them. So far PMLN led Punjab government has failed to control such attacks and have not taken any prominent action or stand against terrorism. It is getting obvious that PMLN have soft corner for TTP as senior cabinet ministers of PMLN are seen hanging out with the leader militants, leading rallies of ban out fits and addressing the gathering of ban out fit groups thus promoting hate speech and giving rise to sectarianism. Punjab Police have an elite force which is believed to be the rapid response and highly trained force of police and worst saga is that 90% of elite force is are serving and guarding influential political leaders and families of PMLN while they were supposed to be serving and guarding people of Punjab. It can not be ignored that Osama Bin Laden funded Billions of dollars to PMLN Chief in 1989 to over through PPP government in 1990 this proving long relationship status between militants and PMLN.
Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik hinted that security forces may conduct minor scale operation in Southern Punjab after the failure of Police and failure of political leadership but the responce of Punjab Government on this statement of Rehman Malik is not much positive. It seems like Shahbaz Sharief is not serious in addressing this issue.
Constitution of Pakistan: Last Hope For The Criminals

A couple of months ago, I was having an online conversation about the supremacy of Constitution with a friend. She was insistent that suspending the constitution is worst of the crimes. On contrary, my view was that the constitution is not the word of God. There are many flaws in this few hundred bucks “book” which need to be addressed. It has always been manipulated to facilitate the politicians, feudal lords, mullahs, army generals, industrialists, lawyers etc. It has hardly recognized itself as doing any good to the poor. And it is so because the authority that can modify this constitution is the Parliament which mainly consists of the feudal minority of Pakistan. Our conversation came to an end as PEPCO performed the favorite part of their duty: UNANNOUNCED LOADSHEDDING. But months later, everyone is questioning the legitimacy of the Constitution.
On 18th May 2010, the news that made to the front pages of all the newspapers was about President Zardari using his discretionary presidential powers under Article 45 to grant remission to his dearest friend Rehman Malik, the Interior Minister.
Article 45 states that,
“The President shall have power to grant pardon, reprieve and respite, and to remit, suspend or commute any sentence passed by any court, tribunal or authority.”
This whole action was carried out on the advice of Prime Minister. Mr Malik was sentenced by the anti corruption NAB court as he was convicted for taking illegal commission on a purchase of few cars and looting jewelery and cash during a raid on a certain house. This was allegedly done by Mr. Malik when he was acting chief of FIA in 1990s during BB’s first regime. This was challenged in the Lahore High Court but due to his absence during the proceedings, the judges maintained the verdict and had ordered three years sentence to him.
Rehman Malik himself says that he respects the judiciary and will soon challenge the LHC verdict in the Supreme Court. However, the appeal is still not filed. Looks like he is buying time so that the interior ministry manipulates the evidences against their boss and judges are also ‘agreed upon’ to keep a soft corner for the Interior Minister. During all this hustle and bustle, we saw another breaking news that a former FIA personnel Ahmed Riaz Sheikh also get showers of blessings as he too gets pardoned under Article 45.
The point is, this flawed article was exploited to its best by strongest ever democratically elected President to pardon his favorite persons. Had this been a poor, ordinary Pakistani, he would be in jail for the same charges. This is not the first time. Article 45 has always been exploited in the past to remit politicians and influential people. It was used by President Rafiq Tarar in 1999 to remit Nawaz Sharif in corruption charges, plane hijacking and helicopter tax evasion cases while President Ayub Khan used it to reverse the death sentence on Molana Modudi. There are many other cases where sentences have been repealed under Article 45.
This article is always included in the constitution in some form. It was first introduced in the Government of India Act 1935 as Article 295. Modifications of it were present in 1950 Constitution as Article 72, 1956 Constitution as Article 209 and Article 18 in the 1962 Constitution.
While it was to be used by the individuals holding the President Office, only under extreme conditions to pacify the country’s internal situation or under severe foreign pressure (like the Modudi case), it has been exploited constantly by our Presidents giving the impression that law and justice is not for the 96-98% majority. But unfortunately the so called Democratic system of this country has only provided us with a few leaders who are sincere in building this country.
It was quite shocking to see some idiotic statements made by top PPP officials. Few are as follows:
Fauzia Wahab said,
“Rehman Malik is backed by the President, the Prime Minister and Pakistan Peoples Party. Nothing can harm him.”
Kaira said,
“President only used his discretionary powers to aid his friend”
And honorable Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani said,
“We pardoned him as it doesn’t leave a good impression if a country’s Interior Minister is imprisoned”
I don’t want to comment on the above statements, leaving this task for the readers. But more hilarious and to a great extent alarming was a news published in 20th May “Express News”. It was about hundreds of convicted prisoners from Hyderabad Central Jail requesting apologies from the President on just and humanitarian basis. The prisoners reminded that he is the President of Pakistan and not the President of Pakistan People’s Party and his friends. It will be really interesting if the convicted criminals challenge the Presidential office in the Supreme Court under Article 25 which is about the Equality of Citizens.
Whatever happened in the past few years, that is, from corruption acquisitions on CJ which he never ever addressed to his restoration, from SC decision on NRO to the use of Articles 45 and 248 by the contrary parties, from Nawaz’ being acquitted in the plane hijacking case to the actual facts behind it, from ban on social networking/other education websites to the alternatives that could be used, I am only getting strong in my view point that this Constitution has only been exploited by the politicians, judiciary and lawyers for their own benefits and hardly did any good for the common citizens of this country.
Pakistan needs a revolution, revolution that ends the feudal system, provides accountability on an equal basis, empower common educated people to perform the legislation and gift an honest judiciary without any blot on its past. Only this will lead to a true Democracy, a prosperous nation where books like The Constitution may be put to appropriate use.
Is this an attack on Media? Jang, Geo offices besieged at govt behest

An Organization namely Sindh National Party (Palejo Group) besieged the office of Jang Group on Sunday evening and demands the Justice of “Hazrat Umar R.A.” from GEO and Jang Network in a reaction of not providing them a proper space in news.
Demonstrations demanding coverage or a shut up call to critics are not a new practice as in February last year ANP had organized a similar demonstration on I. I. Chundrigar Road against the media critics on then NWFP for signing an accord with Taliban militants.
While talking to media a senior journalist Khursheed Abbasi reveals that Police is allowing no one except demonstrators to enter the I. I. Chundrigar Road. Other analysts, human right activists and politicians openly linked SNP with PPP.
Our Sources in media confirmed their link with PPP, “We receive SNP news handouts from CM House with feedback calls from PPP leaders. “ SNP announced its support to PPP whenever PPP is in need of few other faces to support its stance or candidates, like by-elections.
The absence of Information Minister Sindh Shazia Marri & Federal Minister for Information Fouzia Wahab from the list of condemning leaders is quiet suspicious. Even this time Sherry Rehman preferred to remain quiet as she has nothing to lose.

Where has Zulfiqar Mirza gone? We had Ashura Blast, Chehlum Blast, Dozen springs of target killings in Karachi, so can citizens of Pakistan ask where is Zulfi now? Why he isn’t resigning? Who is supporting him? = Zordari? What is stopping him from resigning? = his shamelessness?
Time has arrived when we need a change, a change to bring prosperity and empowerment of a common citizen of Pakistan by kicking all this looters and grabbers. Lets hope for a Change.

Hamid Mir: Many bombings are being carried out.
Unidentified man: Let’s see. There will be more of them. There are some in the pipeline. What do they (government) say about the operation in Orakzai? Will they stop it or not?
HM: No, they say it would not be stopped, rather they say they will also start an operation in North Waziristan and 40,000 troops will leave in a couple of days.
UM: In North Waziristan?
HM: Yes.
UM: Do you have any report on Khalid Khawaja etc.
HM: They say Khalid Khawaja Saab is in custody of one Azam Afridi in Darrakhel.
UM: Yes, yes Tariq Afridi (correcting HM).
HM: They are in Tariq Afridi’s custody.

UM: So, are they men of the government or ISI?
HM: Who?
UM: These, Khalid Khawaja and Colonel Imam.

HM: I personally know that Khalid Khawaja has links not only with CIA but he is also a front man of Mansoor Ijaz who belongs to a very big international network of Qadiyanis. Once he came to me along with Mansoor, who had a briefcase with him, and Khalid Saab told me that Mansoor is a key representative of the US government, so arrange his meeting with Syed Salahuddin, who is a mujahideen leader, and he along with him would resolve the Kashmir issue.
UM: All right.
HM: But I asked him what charm or magic lamp does he posses for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute. He said he had links with the Indian government and (Atal Bihari) Vajpayee Jee, which surprised me. I didn’t arrange the meeting, but I asked Mr Salahuddin who said Khalid Khawaja is sending messages that you should directly talk to India and the US on the issue and exclude Pakistan from it.
UM: All right, all right.
HM: After that, Mansoor Ijaz also asked me: Are you with us or not? I said, “I am not with you.” Then he conspired against me and got me sacked from the Daily Ausaf when I was its editor. So, I think Khalid Khawaja not only has links with the CIA but he is also an agent of the Qadiyanis, and I am very sad that he used to go to the Tribal Areas and meet leaders there.
UM: But now, I think, the Taliban have caught him and have demanded $10 million for the journalist.
HM: Do you know what part his (Khalid Khawaja’s) wife played in Lal Masjid?
UM: No, but it was something negative.
HM: It was that Maulana Abdul Rashid Ghazi Saab – may Allah bless him with a place in heavens. What he told me in his last days was, do you know that he did not completely agree with Maulana Aziz.
UM: Yes, yes.
HM: Mr Abdul Rashid Ghazi wanted to save the students inside the mosque and for that he showed flexibility and said, “I am ready to surrender on the condition that those who are with me will not be arrested and will be released.” But Khalid Khawaja’s wife was pressurised so much by Ume Hassaan that Maulana Abdul Aziz, without asking his brother, came out in a burqa, and Khalid Khawaja was involved in it (call disconnected).

HM: Ok.
UM: So, what were you saying about his wife?
HM: Yes, I was telling you that his wife pressurised him so much that Ghazi Saab said, “She says we have to fight, just fight for martyrdom.” After that Mr Khalid Khawaja came out of the mosque and his wife also fled, Khalid Khawaja’s wife.
UM: Yes, we heard that she had fled after that.
HM: Yes, she ran away and then Maulana Abdul Aziz also came out in the burqa.
UM: I think, he insisted for that.
HM: Yes, he had done all this. After that Maulana Abdul Aziz was arrested and Mr Abdul Rashid Ghazi telephoned me and said, “Now, I don’t have any option. Now, my family and ulema have been defamed as my brother was arrested in a burqa and presented on Pakistan Television. This is a large stain which can only be removed with my blood.” So, he lived up to his words and sacrificed. So, Khalid Khawaja and his wife, anyone may know or not, they will have to answer before Allah Almighty.
UM: He, recently, came here and met my companions. He was saying, “You can work in Pakistan as we say, if you want to. I can arrange your ‘setting’ with an admiral in Mianwali. So, you should not burn US containers in Pakistan, you can rob them and sell them to a person recommended by us.” He was saying, “We would provide you everything for carrying out activities in Pakistan.”
HM: Do whatever you want to with the containers, burn them or rob them, I have nothing to do with it. But ask him what relationship he has with Mansoor Ijaz and William Casey? William Casey was the chief of CIA.
UM: Right, right.
HM: He (Khawaja) himself has confessed in front me that he had links with William Casey. Ok! Leave William, ask him about the Qadiyanis, because I personally believe that Qadiyanis are worse than infidels, what kind of links does he have with Qadiyanis? What relationship does he have with Mansoor Ijaz? Why does he use his money? Why does he go everywhere with him when he comes to Pakistan? Why does he bring him to the mujahideen?
UM: Yes, he has a son in al Qaeda.
HM: Yes, his son would also be a spy like him.
UM: Yes, I talked to the shaikhs about him. They said they were keeping him on the sidelines.
HM: His biggest betrayal to me was that there was a mujahid, Abdul Rehman Al Canady.
UM: Yes, there was one Canady.
HM: He was martyred in North Waziristan. He came to me with Canady’s wife and a daughter, saying Canady’s son, Karim, is at Rawalpindi’s CMH and is injured and the army had arrested him. He asked me to arrange a meeting between the injured and his mother. I said this is very difficult for me and I can’t do this because already they are all against me. But, he said all that you need to do is to arrange a meeting between a mother and her son. So, I arranged it with a lot of difficulties and sent the woman to Rawalpindi CMH, but when she reached there she took a camera out of her burqa and asked her son to record a message that he is innocent, has no links with anyone and has been kept here illegally. She was arrested there because a nurse saw her and seized the camera from her. But I was held responsible for all of it as they told me that I had sent this woman. It was revealed after her arrest that the woman had a Canadian passport and had visited Canada two months ago. After that I faced a lot of difficulties. The Canadian government released the woman and her daughter and then she went back to Canada. In Toronto, she held a press conference and admitted that she worked for the CIA. Now Khalid Khawaja has a long beard and his wife wears a full veil so people like us, who are involved in worldly affairs and have committed sins, believe that if we will help them, we might be forgotten for our sins. When these kinds of people betray us, we lose confidence on the religion itself.
UM: Absolutely, neither we are wrong nor is the army, but people like him have created the difficulties.
HM: However, if he is somewhere, ask him at least that you used the name of Abdul Rehman Canady, you worked with Mansoor Ijaz, you have worked William Casey. And there is one Javaid Ibrahim Piracha, who has a very big seminary in Kohat.
UM: Yes, yes.
HM: You all know the services of Piracha Saab. So, he fraudulently invited Piracha Saab in Islamabad and told him he wanted to arrange his meeting with a prominent personality. I observed that he was betrayed and came out of the room and escaped from there. Then he called me and said, “You were right about him (Khalid Khawaja).”

HM: Yes, Piracha Saab told me about that. He said, “He came to me and Col Imam was also here and told Col Imam that don’t go anywhere with this guy.” He (Piracha) said, “What can I do if he comes here and I can’t force him out of my house, but you don’t go anywhere with him.” Mr Piracha said Col Imam didn’t want to go with Khalid Khawaja, but he forced him to go with him.
UM: Right, maybe to use as human shield. But Shah Abdul Aziz, that MNA of Kirk, is supporting him a lot. He was meeting everyone here and asking for his release.
HM: He would have fooled Shah Abdul Aziz.
UM: Yes, he was asking people to release him and said you may keep the journalist, whose ransom will be paid to you by him.
HM: Ok! His release depends on them who have kept him, but convey them these three questions that what is your link with Mansoor Ijaz, whose father fled with the atomic secrets of Pakistan. Mansoor Ijaz’s father was an atomic scientist and he fled to the US with the atomic secrets of Pakistan. Once he (Ijaz) offered Benazir Bhutto a quid pro quo deal in 1995 that all the debts of the country will be forgiven, if she recognised Israel. That means he was also an agent of Israel.
UM: Yes, he used to ask my companions to work in Pakistan “as we say”. Actually, the killings of brigadiers in Rawalpindi might have been arranged by him, I think.

Karachi: CDGK CCTV footages reveal the culprits
They did it before (2007) and they did it again (2009) — to the city of Karachi, the heart of Pakistani.
While Jamat-e-Islami’s secretary general Liaqat Baloch is holding press conference with the toes on MQM, the city mourns in the damage of 50 families of the death victims and 25000 victims of the lost businesses.
Background
This is yet again a thought provoking and interesting fact that the Government of Sindh, under the booby & dumb chief minister, Qaim Ali Shah, shown another round of demo exactly after 730 days (after two years of 27th December 2007 – BB’s shahadat) by keeping a criminal silence, criminal negligence and putting the residents of Karachi, the citizens of Pakistan and everyone else in the world in shock and amusement!
What the heck was it when the mob was torching vehicles of the law enforcement, stoning bypassing and parked vehicles, and the worst of all began to torch those small businesses – compromising a whopping 5000 number of small shops – doing business of billions and paying millions in taxes and employing people responsible for winning the bread’n'butter of the residents of Karachi – who in these days have to buy eggs @ Rs.90/dozen.
Who responded?
Why the police and rangers didn’t respond? They were there in thousands, some 10000 extra contingent of law enforcement agencies were posted at the spot for the security of the ashura gatherings.
According to sources, when the mayhem began, the police TPO Saddar Town contacted Chief City Police Officer (CCPO) seeking requests to do aerial firing and shelling the mob with tear gas. The TPO Saddar town was disallowed to do anything to handle mobs and told to stay put but must not fire a single round.
As the hour passed they kept tourching businesses and homes at Light House Karachi, the TPO once again approached the CCPO and district DIG but were told to remain criminally silent and let the mob do what they want.
On parallel to all that, the young and energetic mayor of Karachi, Syed Mustafa Kamal was always ready to handle anything and everything which came to him. He observed the situation and took all responsibility onto his shoulders to calm the situation, but unfortunately his fire-brigade tenders were turned down by mobs as they were not even letting the ambulances go. It was all certain what one could expect from the angry mob.
I am going to write answers to all those yet unanswered questions below behind the mastermind who literally wanted to show the dark side to the city.
Who is responsible? Pakistan Khappay Party? The Mastermind
In a drunk, drunken, high, higher press conference, a person from the kitchet-cabinet of Mr. Zordari, a of an extreme racial dignity, named Zulfiqar Mirza said that, he himself along with his team (the Pakistan Khappay Party) were on the verge of breaking Pakistan – and only restrained from doing so because Mr. Zordari asked that we want Pakistan (Pakistan Khappay) in order to loot, leech and suck the juice outta country!!

Why the hell they didn’t stop them? Partners in crime?
The picture speaks all, speaks louder than the words, so here’s a fact we now have is that Mr. Zulfiqar Mirza had strong connections with the Pakistani’s separatist supported by the gang war chief Rahman Dakait and Zulfiqar still possess strong connection with the criminal elements in PPP living in suburbs of Karachi city.

The same man named Zulfiqar Mirza did his job when the government released the criminals responsible for massacre in Karachi on 27th December 2007, the day when Benazir Bhutto was murdered – released them with a simple executive order.

This is circulating amongst a group of very well informed journalists that PPP-Sindh region have literally constructed and organized a plan to riot and burn the city of Karachi IF the PPP government is destablized in the center by establishment, OR president Zardari is taken to the court by anyone.. (the residents of Karachi observed a little demo kind of thing on the NRO judgment day!)

Press the even shameless government of Pakistan Peoples’ Party to resign or at least kick the raghead Zulfiqar Mirza out of the kitchen and send him to a dustbin filled with litter of eaten mangoes, being rushed by those big-green-eyed flies.

President Zardari attacks ISI, Army and Media
He starts with Pakistan Khappay!!
With the drowning ship of Asif Ali Zardari’s presidency, he’s just too childish to take the offensive position and become aggressive even before the opponents doing anything against him.
It is famous amongst political circles that Zulfiqar Mirza, the PPP Sindh Home Minister is usually high after 7pm in the evening, but that proved wrong when he gave a statement by his hear that Pakistan Peoples’ Party was about to break the country – if Mr. Zardari had not given the “Pakistan Khappay” statement.
President Zardari continuously blames everyone about conspiracies – where there are absolutely no conspiracies and the speech he did was a clear indication of a fearful heart.
With a childish heart, it clearly indicates that Mr. Zardari is a district level politician and got the presidency accidentally?
In Zardari’s latest version of accusations, he is found complicating things even more by mentioning “they”, “their”, “of them” and the best those news analysts could grasp out of it was that he is clearly targeting the ISI, Army and Media (political actors(actresses))
